VINCE Bomber Jacket, Headband- Lele Sadoughi, Earrings- Etsy, Purse- Clare V., Denim- FRAME, Top- Emerson Frye
I haven’t been able to post my last little bit from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale because, well, life. But I only have this one life, so I’m constantly prioritizing in my head and this post kept getting pushed down the list. Therefore, some of the items in this post are low in stock, but I’ve included them in case the items get restocked. My aunt and I finally made it to the second floor of Nordstrom, and I immediately saw this darling puffer!!!! I went straight to try it on! This is going to be my winter jacket this season. It is so, so, soft and warm, and it’s not stiff and annoying. Ha! I also saw that you can machine wash it! The only down side of this bomber is the sizing because it’s confusing. I’m wearing a medium in this picture, and it was the perfect size. It’s a good thing because they aren’t offering anything smaller than a medium. It’s selling out and I see that only x-large is left, but that might be your perfect size!
Catia Crop Cardigan, Headband- Lele Sadoughi, Earrings- Etsy
Did y’all know that the cropped chunky cardigan is back?! My friend, @followtheleders, made me wise to this trend and now I see it everywhere. She was wearing her’s last fall/winter over all her workout tanks with leggings, which just elevated the legging look. This cardigan is like wearing a chic and flattering version of Barefoot Dreams! Yes, it’s that soft! Not a neary of an inch! I love the puff sleeve and that it’s cropped to give a great waistline to any dress, skirt and shirt, or jeans and tee outfit! I’m wearing a small.
L’Agence Sweater, White jeans- FRAME
In the fall and winter, I get so tired of wearing big, chunky sweaters. I feel like I want some kind of feminine vibes, but I’m stuck with big ole sweaters. Well, not anymore! I have this cute little sweater to breakout on my next date night/girls night/daytime fun that will make me feel feminine! I’ll wear the best strapless bra I own with it. I’m wearing an xxs.
I love this sweater! I love the puff sleeves! I love the color! and I love that there is absolutely no itch (well, because it’s cashmere). But this is the perfect kind of sweater for the fall or a mild winter climate, like Houston, because it’s short sleeved. You can dress this up or down or even wear it over a dress! I’m wearing an XS.
This is one of those super comfy dresses you wear to travel, run errands or lounge around the house in. I have to be honest, I’m a sucker for comfy, so this dress majorly appeals to me. On the other hand, my stylist side very much dislikes how formless it is, BUT I love the idea of wearing it with a fanny pack and big boots or a fanny pack and sneakers for traveling! How cute would that be? I’m wearing an XS.
Isn’t my aunt so cute?! And talk about comfortable and chic! How great is this navy poncho?! You could pair this with anything!! Wear it with your jeans, leggings, or over a dress anytime you want a little extra warmth and want to look chic!
FAILS/SOLD OUT
I knew this sucker was going to sell out, but maybe they’ll restock it! By the time I got to the store there was only a medium left. BUT, I found a few dresses online that are very similar that you might like even more! Check them out here:
I really like this dress! But, I still don’t even want to pay the sale price! Ha! That’s why when I went to Anthropologie and tried this dress on (below), I had to take a picture so I could do a splurge vs. steal for you guys! Which one do you like more the splurge (on sale) or the steal?
I am wearing an x-small.
I actually really like this top but couldn’t pull the trigger because I just felt like I could find this top at ZARA or H&M for a quarter of the price. In the end, there is nothing wrong with the top, it’s just my value mind that couldn’t buy it. Yes, I might never actually be able to find a similar -hahahaha!
