I’ve been making a little observation that I would like to share. I don’t often think of black as a color I like to keep around for the summer. I’m pretty sure I’ve been guilty of packing up my black purse, shoes, jackets, cardigans, and even my black tees when summer hits. Well, not this summer! Look how awesome these girls look wearing black with summery outfits! I love how it’s being used to ground the neon trend. I’m also loving how designers are using black accents mixed in with bold, colorful prints. I personally can’t wait to wear a black sundress with my white Converse. Maybe I’ll even buy some pink tulips the day I wear it, because the girl in the top right picture looks awesome- ha!

I love wearing black during the summer! Black shorts, black tanks, black dresses. I think black looks so great on tan skin! You should totally give it a try 🙂 You’ll look great!
