So…I guess I have a “go to” dressy look. It seems that whenever I “go out”, I wear some variation of this look- black skinnies, a flow-y shirt, a tailored blazer, and some booties. I think this is why I consider my pixie pants and Nordstrom blazers staples in my closet. If you have some fun plans this weekend, don’t think about what to wear for one more second. Just throw on some variation of this look!
Here’s a close up of the white (they call it blush), “staple” blazer that’s on heavy rotation in my closet. Yes, it’s white and it’s after Labor Day. It’s one of my favorite rules to break.
And here is the black “staple”pixie pant that’s also on heavy rotation in my closet. After my post on these pants, a friend texted me “I finally got some (pixie pants) and boy are you right about them!”. Oh, and my neighbor wears them so chicly to work all the time.
