Do you know what I’m wearing today to my friend’s birthday lunch? Exactly this. Do you know how I know? Because I tried to celebrate my friend on Wednesday. Yes, that’s right, I showed up to the restaurant on Wednesday (two days early). The hostess looked at me like I was crazy -ha! Oh, and that is not the first time I’ve done this in the last month -ha!
Anyway, I’ve always loved the sweater dress concept. There is something about the classic, simple yet elegant look of a sweater dress that I love. I had been looking for a sweater dress all season, when I found this one while scrolling through the “casual dress” section. Did you know there is a “casual dress” section?!?! I just found it, and it’s my new favorite place to shop online!!! It’s just my speed!
Back to today’s find, I have worn this dress a ton! I wore it to Valentine’s Day dinner, I’ve worn it to church, I’ve worn it to a mock birthday lunch (ha!), I’m wearing it today, and I’m wearing it to my birthday dinner! Guess what?!?!?! It’s 40% off, which makes it less than $35!!!! Now, that’s a MEGA Find!

The silver lining to my mishap on Wednesday is that I stopped by Robert’s salon (my hair stylist who also makes jewelry) and went nuts over this necklace! I think this outfit got 10 times better just by adding this necklace! It’s crazy what really great accessories can do!
