Imagine you are a new mom. You are tired, depressed, trying to figure out how to do motherhood (because you have no clue) and feeling very inadequate. You are overwhelmed with the love you have for these new creatures, but you know you are not doing well. You are depressed and lonely. You pray about it, and, finally, your besties encourage you to do something with your talents for the sake of you and your kid’s well being. So you start a styling business and a blog. It’s wonderful! You love it! Then, almost four years later, you find yourself lonely again. When you write a blog from your dining room table, you are all by yourself. You miss people, you miss co-workers, you miss being on a team! Well, all of your pictures helped me realize that I do have a team– you guys! So you can imagine how happy these contest pictures made me. Scratch that. Happy isn’t even the right word. Can I say meaningful, or is that too deep? Ha! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!
