I haven’t done a fun friday post in a very long time! I miss doing them. Maybe you guys miss seeing them? I finally found a bag to replace my transport tote from Madewell! I love it, and it’s on SALE for 30% off!
My neighbor asked me for a pink/red lipstick recommendation, and I walked out to the bus stop with all of these in my hands. I may have a problem. Ha! I can’t help it. I love these Nars Lip Pencils. They are easy to apply and stain your lip a bit, so you always have some color. Plus, I use them as blush, too.
Left to Right: //1. Dragon Girl– Their signature red. I use it when I really want to look alive, or when I’m getting dressed up. //2. Rikugien– I like this one for a natural look. I like that it has shimmer to it. //3. Bahama– I use this one when I want a natural look, but I still need definition. It’s a darker natural tone. //4. Hyde Park– The perfect red for the fall. The perfect red when you want red, but you don’t want to make a big statement. //5. Luxembourg– I wear this when I don’t want red, and I don’t want pink…I want both! //6. Dolce Vita– I bought this color in lipstick form and loved it so much, I bought it in pencil form. This is their signature natural color. //7. Yu– This pink is so fun. I love to wear it when I have no make up on, and I’m going to work out. I’ll wear it on my lips and cheeks to look a little more alive.

So, I bought myself some new blue tennis shoes. I love them. How can you not love comfy tennis shoes? They are on sale, too!
Way too up close and personal, I know (#awkward). But I wanted to show you guys my new necklaces! They have a fun, unexpected feel to them. They can dress up my t-shirt and jeans or add something a little different to a dressy outfit. I also bought the bracelets! I couldn’t help myself they were all on SALE! See why SALES can be trouble? Ha!
Long story short, I did a major closet clean-out (more on that later). One of the only jackets I have left to wear is my army/utility jacket. It has forced me to wear my jacket with outfits I normally wouldn’t. Well, I’m loving it! It’s adding a little something different and unexpected to my outfits!

Always love your Fun Friday posts. It inspires me and in this case, I want one of each! I definitely want to hear more about your major closet clean-out. I am so needing to CULL! I’ve even read up on the “capsule wardrobe” concept, hoping to get inspired to simplify my wardrobe/closet. Would love to hear what you did.
