Here’s the deal, I love statement earrings, but they can put me in a real bad mood. Here’s what happens: when I leave the house in my statement earrings, I feel all cute, but then, all of a sudden, I find myself extremely annoyed at everything. You name it — the person in front of me at a stop sign, the radio personality, the sun, the moon, the world- hahahaha! That’s when I realize it’s because my ear lobes hurt!! The cute feeling is now long gone. It’s kinda like when you get hangry. That’s why I immediately went home and ordered BlingDots on Amazon Prime.
These nifty little things are a life saver….ok, mood saver and lobe saver! Plus, they’re made by a local mom! I’ve been using them since I met Jenny over 3 years ago. I ran out of BlingDots and thought I could do without. I cannot do without! The little pads go behind your lobe and then you stick the earring post through it. They not only hold the earring in place, they also take the pressure off your ear. I love them! Here’s a little tutorial on how to use them.
Now the next time you wear statement earrings, you’ll be either “langry” (lobe angry), wishing you had ordered BlingDots, OR “lappy” (lobe happy), feeling cute in your comfortable statement earrings.
The picture at the top shows all my recent statement earring purchases, and the only pair that I don’t need to wear BlingDots with are the fan earrings. For the rest, I use my BlingDots to stay lappy all day.

After reading the comments on Amazon, I just ordered some of these for myself!. One of my holes is basically a slit now and I have a hard time with heavy earrings or large statement studs. I’m looking forward to giving these a try (and so much cheaper than surgery!). Thanks for the tip!

Well….you totally MADE MY DAY! What a thrilling surprise to see you blog about your langry earrings!!! Seriously, that is why I go into the world and do BlingTerventions…like my son asked me, “is it your job to save every woman’s ear lobes in the world?”….my answer, “yes, yes it is.”
