Whether you’re headed to Mexico or are in need a few outfit ideas for warmer weather, this post is for you! Clearly, I’m not in Mexico in this picture, but I did wear this cute dress in Mexico! Remember it from this post? In an effort to stay off my phone on vacation, I didn’t post my outfit pictures right away, and I didn’t even get a picture in some outfits. But that’s OK because a.) I can take them at home, b.) I was present with my husband on vacation, c.) I was able to unplug, d.) y’all don’t really care and are happy I took care of myself, and e.) it makes me feel like I can keep doing C. Style and be balanced!! I’m not saying it’s wrong to post on vacation. I love seeing my friends posts from their vacations. I’m just saying it didn’t work for me on this vacation, and I went with it. I didn’t stress myself out trying to get a post in before we headed to dinner.

Remember Monday’s post when I talked about throwing on a white blazer over an outfit to change things up a bit? Here’s that tip in action! I love how it changed up the whole look. I didn’t let the ruffle sleeve of the dress prevent me from wearing the blazer, I just wore it anyway (that’s another trick!).

If you’ve seen me in the last week, I was probably wearing this dress. I can’t get enough of it! I wore it as a cover up in Mexico. I wore it to a dinner party we hosted at our house. I’ve also worn it to run errands. It’s becoming one of those go-to dresses to throw on and go! Check out all these different patterns:

What does one wear to a cocktail event at the beach? This was my take! If you’ve been invited to a beach wedding, look no further, this is your dress! Plus, it’s SUPER comfy! Hahahaha!

This dress can be worn off one should or off both shoulders. You can choose your own adventure! I’m also loving this dress, in fact, I have it on right now as I write this post!

Guess what is wrapped around my waist? The black dress from the previous picture! I just tied together two corners of the dress to make it look like a sarong!

I’m in love with this ruffle swim suit top! I found a great steal version here. Oh, but really, the most important and favorite piece I have on in this picture you can’t see (ha!). It’s my very favorite swimsuit bottoms! I wrote all about them here.

Here’s my travel outfit to Mexico. I like to have my toes covered when I travel, so Soludos are perfect. I have a white blazer in my bag that I wore when it got chilly on the airplane. I usually wear a blazer or jacket on my travel day, so it doesn’t get wrinkled in my suitcase!
P.S. Let’s all ignore all the Angelina Jolie leg moments in this post. Hahahaha!
