Recently, I went to a few stores to help a client get ready for a funeral. Side-note, if you don’t have a go-to funeral look in your closet, it’s a good thing to have. No one really wants to go buy something new for a funeral, and when you have to go to a funeral you’re usually not in the mood to shop. When I’m helping clients clean out their closest I encourage them to keep a funeral outfit. OK, anyway! Enough of that depressing subject and on to the shopping finds! While I was pulling for her, I found some cute stuff and thought I’d share!
First up, this darling shirt that has me dreaming of spring or a summer vacation!

I feel like most of the time, these embroidered tops are white, so I was happy to see this top in pink! Plus, pink and red go with practically everything- white jeans, blue jean shorts, green army jacket, black jeans, etc! I’m wearing a 2.

I love tops that will keep me cool in the Texas heat but are super cute! I can see wearing this to the baseball fields with denim shorts or dressed up with white jeans. But who cares what’s on the bottom when the top is this cute?! Also, this top is a great steal version of this pricey top, and I like this one even more! I’m wearing a S but needed the next size down (and a nude color bra-ha!).

And what to wear with these cute tops?! These awesome white jeans from J.Crew! A reader asked me if I had any white jean recommendations that were not skinny jeans, and I’ve had clients have great success with these. So, while I was at J.Crew, I threw them on to show ya’ll. They are stretchy! Hallelujah! They run tts.
Now for the funeral/also could be workwear outfits.

If you’re a fit and flare girl or don’t love stuff to hug your middle but you look best with a waistline, this dress is for you! I can see wearing this dress with tights and booties, a pair of pumps, or flats. It’s a very versatile dress, and the waistline makes it super flattering on lots of people.

I think these joggers are my answer to casual athleisure wear. I find leggings difficult because I have to cover myself, but with these joggers, I can wear all of my normal sweaters and sweatshirts and not worry! I’m in! I’m wearing an xxs.
