What have y’all been up to this week? My sister and I have been going to a Bible study led by my friend, Courtney Garret (podcast here), every Wednesday morning for the last 10 weeks. We are sad it’s over. We always eat breakfast at Buffalo Grille after, so I asked my sister to snap a few pictures of me. First of all, if you are looking for a breakfast spot in Houston, Buffalo Grille is where it’s at. I love their breakfast tacos with corn tortillas, and my sister loves their gluten free french toast. If you are looking for a little guidance on what to wear this weekend, consider a pretty white top with jeans. If it’s hot, wear it with sandals…

…or grey jeans and booties if it’s cooler.

You can even have fun and wear a bright colored shoe and a colorful clutch! Can someone take me to a Mexican food restaurant? My outfit calls for it! Queso, please!

Sometimes I like to wear a necklace over something that you would not usually put a necklace over. I can just hear someone say, “Oh no, the rule is to not take away from the pretty details of the top by putting a necklace over it.” I like to break these kind of rules! To me, breaking this rule makes the the outfit feel more organic and less planned.
