Have y’all seen the video on Facebook, “It’s Gonna Be May?” If you haven’t and you’re totally overwhelmed by May already, like me (shoot, I’m still overwhelmed with the last two weeks of April), then you’ve gotta watch it here. I breathed a sigh of relief after watching it. See? I’m not crazy, there is wayyyy too much stuff going on right now! For this reason, you’ll see little mini posts from me this week and next week.
My sister used to get daily emails from “DailyCandy,” and I always loved the concept. Anyway, I thought I’d do the same over the next two weeks. I’ll be sharing a little find every day (well, I hope it will be every day)! Now, how am I going to make this concept look pretty for the Instagram feed? I dunno -ha! If you have any guidance, I’m all ears!
I know it’s kinda counterintuitive to post about a sweater in the spring/summer, but I have a reason! Firstly, it’s 25% off today with code “HOORAY”. Secondly, it is my favorite sweater of all time! The V hits just right, and it’s warm without feeling bulky. It also makes me feel feminine, which I find is very hard to feel in a sweater. I also love the casual cut of the sweater. Oh, and it’s cashmere but NOT ITCHY! (How is that possible?) See why it’s my favorite sweater?!? It’s the only item that I allowed myself to buy in more than one color. I have it in navy and I just purchased the black. Why did I purchase it now? Well, we have a family trip to Oregon, and I hear it get very cool at night. So, it will be perfect for my trip!
Happy May!

Definitely a great find. I need to replace my cheap, gray, v-neck sweater. Yay for Oregon! What part of Oregon are you visiting?

We are headed to Portland and Seattle. Do you have any recommendations?

This makes me excited! Is there anything you can think of that we need to have on our “must see” list?
