I thought I’d share this dress I recently scored on SALE! Just in case you are in need of a pretty dress for an upcoming event.
If I could, I’d have a whole wardrobe and house full of pretty floral prints like this. It’s very nostalgic of the Laura Ashley days, isn’t it? Anyway, it makes me feel feminine and pretty!
I love this dress so much, I bought it without an occasion to wear it to. But I’ll find a reason to wear it! Which makes me think, how many items in my closet do I love so much, I’ll find a reason to wear? My sister (@tellittoyourneighbor) is doing the Maire Kondo method to her whole house (you can check it out on her Instastories), and she cleaned out her entire closet asking herself the question, “does this spark joy?” This dress definitely sparks joy. It’s a keeper.
Do you like this dress but don’t like the midi length, the sleeves, or the exact print? Check out these great options:

Carly,
You are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for your fashion and style entries, which instruct and inspire my aesthetic. Even more, I love your honest and wise reflections on life. As a woman a generation older than you, I appreciate your balance of fun and fortitude.

Your hair looks great like that. Are you still using the conair wand?

Hi! I actually switched to the drybar wand, and I’ve been meaning to do a post on it! I think you’ve inspired me! It’s significantly more expensive than my conair wand, but I feel like it gives my hair more of a wavy look? Here’s the link ->http://bit.ly/2tERhc8

Thank you! Im in need of an upgrade from my curling iron, it can be hard to avoid crumping the end of the curl.
