I never thought I’d say this, but there is one brand that I consistently love, and I can’t wait to see what is in every new collection they come out with. As soon as I receive the email that their new collection has “dropped”, I get very excited and immediately click on it! Can you guess which brand? It’s the French brand, Sézane!
Ever since I shared this post where I gave an honest review of the brand when they were new to the US, I’ve been obsessed. Especially since the tops I wore the most last fall were the tops I purchased from Sézane. To top it off, they all held up really well! I’m sold on the brand, so I thought I would share what I recently purchased, and what I plan to purchase as soon as they drop their fall collection!
Here’s what I purchased:
I love the versatility of a pretty white top and detail on this one is beautiful. I can wear it with jeans and booties or dress it up with slacks. I’m wearing a US 4 in this top. For reference, I’m usually a 0-2 or an xxs-xs.
Wouldn’t this look so cute with some rusty colored cords or navy wide leg slacks? Blue jeans look cute, too! I’m wearing a US 4 in this top. For reference, I’m usually a 0-2 or an xxs-xs.
I purchased this top with the holidays in mind. It’s perfect for so many holiday events and can be worn so many different ways- with a skirt, under a blazer, or with jeans! I’m wearing a US 4 in this top. For reference, I’m usually a 0-2 or an xxs-xs.
I’m wearing a US 2 in this top. I think this top runs big, and I would size down. I still had plenty of room in the shoulders. For reference, I’m usually a 0-2 or an xxs-xs. I purchased a similar top to this last fall, and I wore it ALL the time. This top is see through, so you will need to wear a camisole.
Here’s what I love from the fall collection and plan on purchasing:
Solange shirt – $120
Rob Jumper (aka sweater) – $135
Elmut Jumper – $135
Mariane Blouse – $115
Gabbie blouse – $114
Dino Skirt – $120, Jacob Jumper – $120, Dalia Boots – $330

Hello,
I want to start by telling you that I love your style. I have been following you for about a year after I bumped into a review you wrote on Sezane.
I am writing to you to ask if you could help answer some questions Sezane customer service could not answer. I have seen that you own a couple of the pieces I have my eye on and I want some honest input on them.
I love the Mariella, Mariane, Madeleine, and Cathy(all 3 colors) Blouses. I wish I could purchase all of them but this girl is on a budget 😉
So here are my questions…if you were to pick two of those tops to be worn in many different ways and and be my absolute favorites for this fall/winter which would they be?
Now the questions customer service could not answer. I am usually a size 4 and sometimes have to size up due to my chest, 34D. Do you think I should size up in any of those tops you do own and know for a fact if they are true to size?
I really hope to hear from you soon and keep up reviewing Sezane, not many people are doing so. Keep looking stylish you ALWAYS look amazing!

Hi!
Thanks for following along! Ok, so here are my answers: If I were to pick two tops for the fall/winter, I’d pick the Madeleine in black. I had last years version of this top in black, and I wore it all the time! I wore it dressy with black coated pants and a leather skirt. And I wore it casually with blue jeans. The second blouse I’d buy would be the Mariane in white. I can see wearing it to work and also with jeans. But I specifically chose this one because I think it would look really good under sweaters. The sweet neck line and cuffs would look so feminine popping out from under a sweater. Gosh, maybe I need this shirt -ha! As for sizing I usually wear a 0, 2, xs or xxs in tops. I am consistently a 4 in Sezané. I would definitely size up to a 6 or 8. I hope this helps!

Hi!
I have been wanting to order from Sezane but I am afraid I would have to pay an insane amount of duties if I do so. Are your orders coming from France or the US ?
Thank you so much!

Hi Clarissa, I’m not certain where my packages are coming from, but I’m pretty sure they’re coming from the US. I do not pay any duties.
