Happy Friday! I’m taking it back to my old school blogging days, and I’m simply writing about fun things I want to share. Maybe this is more appropriate for a newsletter? But isn’t blogging basically a newsletter? I digress. I can’t keep up. But I love to write to you guys, so here I am.
I ran across two really great skirts. This one is so dang pretty and the perfect color for right now! Plus, I really like the price. And this one is so versatile you could wear it with any top, dress it up or down and wear it with with tall boots, flip flops or sneakers! It reminds me of this outfit I wore in 2019 (according to my phone).
I started a bible study entitled, “Not According to Plan.” The title obviously got my attention because I really don’t do well when things don’t go according to my plan (God’s working on me). Then the description read, “How we can trust God even when he seems unfair or silent.” Welp, I ordered and started it immediately, and it’s sooooo good!
A friend texted and asked how I attach my big Halloween spiders to my house. I don’t think I’ve ever shared this before! I stick the end of the wire legs into my shutter slats. You can kinda see it in this picture…
Speaking of Halloween decorations, have you seen my sister’s (@tellittoyourneighbor) new pop-up shop?!
Did y’all catch the school lunch tricks I shared on Insta stories? I saved them to my Amazon Finds highlight on Instagram if you want to take a peek. I take no credit, I learned them all from friends. I’ve linked the sauce container here and the Thermos here. Speaking of, I want more tricks! Share your school lunch tricks with me in the comments!
I just ordered myself this necklace with this chain. I love the gold medallion/coin necklace look, but I prefer it to mean something. I lost the “love” necklace my boys gave me, so I thought this one was the perfect replacement.
And last but not least, just in case you missed it… C. Style is hiring! If you’re interested and think you’d be a great fit, email your resume to georgia@shopcstyle.com!
Make it a great weekend!
