Big boy rooms are bittersweet, aren’t they? Now I know why kid’s rooms stay untouched for years after they leave. This may happen in my house… Just sayin’. Right now, I’m sad to see my son’s sweet room transformed, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out! From a whole bunch of fabric swatches and inspiration photos spread out on my dining room table with Tonya from @tonya_sparkman_sewn, to an amazing bed with matching curtains for his big boy room. It’s homey and cozy! I love it, and he does, too!

Can we take a minute and look at how amazing his bookshelf looks now?! All thanks to my friends at Squared Away Organization Solutions. They have done wonders with both of my boy’s rooms, as well as a few other places in my home! Now let’s just hope it will stay this way for even a second or two -ha!
