For now, I have this fun news: for a long time, I’ve wanted to have one place to put all my non-fashion related items, like home decor, kids gift ideas and books. Kinda like how all of my fashion related items are in one place on the “shop my favorites” page. Well, Amazon now offers bloggers their own page! Yassss! (It works the same as the blog, I get a small commission if you purchase through the page/a link. It doesn’t cost you more. I like this model because it gives me the freedom to post just what I want! For instance, do you guys remember these spiders I blogged about last year? Target didn’t have the exact ones on their website. Well, I found the exact spiders and linked them to the Amazon page!
These spiders are the perfect no fuss, big impact Halloween decoration! I’ve used them on my house for the last five years! And now I can link them directly to the Amazon page.
Do y’all remember these beach towels?
I was first introduced to Turkish beach towels one summer when the beach house we stayed in had them for us to use. I looked at these thin (yet pretty) beach towels and was upset with myself for not packing our own towels! Well, after one use, I understood why everyone loves them! Yes, they are thin, but it’s actually an advantage! They are really large, like a bath sheet, but they can still easily fit into a beach bag! This made my beach bag much easier to carry, since it wasn’t overflowing! (Original post here)
