Should we just call this an “all good things” shopping blog?! Clothes, Halloween spiders, hair wands and now food! Hahahah! Well, here’s what I know- I can’t post items that don’t excite me. It makes me feel like a phony, so if I write about it on here it’s because I’m excited about it!
You know how you take pictures of foods you discover that are so good/revolutionary and text them to your friends right away because you’re that excited?! Well, let’s consider this a text between you and me…
These probiotics for kids are the bomb! My boys actually don’t put up a fight when I ask them to take these, and at one point, this was how it was every night! Now, they happily take them! In fact, I had to switch to another probiotic out of desperation on vacation once, and both of my son’s gagged and said the probiotic tasted like throw up (nope, my son’s are not dramatic at all- ha). I order these on Amazon Prime through specifically from this vendor.
Nature’s Sunshine Vitamin Gummies
My friend, Laura (also our family Naturopath who recommended the kid’s probiotic), put my boys on these vitamins. These are also big, big winners! They think they’re candy! I guess they’ve made gummy vitamins taste better than the Flintstone vitamins of my childhood -yuck! I order these on Amazon Prime.
When we got married, my husband’s friend, who is Italian and grew up in New York, gave us a Rao’s cookbook. I made marinara sauce and meatballs from the cookbook, and it was so good. Mind you, this was before I had kids -ha! Then grocery stores started carrying Rao’s Marinara Sauce!!! Then I saw Ina Garten using Rao’s on her show, and she said it was so good, there was no need to make marinara sauce! Yup, it’s that good. To add some tang to the sauce, add onion and a little bit of brown sugar. So stinkin’ good! I buy this at Whole Foods.
Glutino Yogurt and Chocolate covered Pretzels
I am in love with these pretzels. They are so good, and they’re gluten Free! My sons love the yogurt covered ones, and I love the chocolate ones. They haven’t realized they’re gluten free yet, which means they don’t taste like it at all! I buy these at Whole Foods.
Snyder’s Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks
My husband said, and I quote, “These gluten free pretzels are better than any other pretzels I’ve ever had.” Code for, he can’t stand my gluten free food, but he actually loves these and is shocked that gluten free pretzels can be that good! I buy these at Whole Foods.
Stonewall Gluten Free Brownie Mix
You know what other gluten free item my husband said this about? These brownies. My sis, @tellittoyourneighbor, introduced them to me, and I’m hooked. I make them all the time! So easy and so delicious! I have to buy this from Amazon Prime.
I’ve had this idea for the longest time and I think it’s so good, so I’ll share it with you! If you are looking for a really great gift idea for a friend who is gluten free, a basket of all of these gluten free items would be such a unique fun thing to give! A gluten free favorites gift basket!
I’ve added all of these favorite food items to my Amazon page, but most can be found at Whole Foods!
P.S. Now it’s your turn to “text” me back, because this is it for me! These are all of my favorites, and now I need yours! What are your favorite food items? You know the one that just popped into your head?! I want to know it!!!! Comment or email me at carly@shopcstyle.com.

Great ideas! Adding a few of these to my list.
We always have Arrowhead sparkling water on hand-always. Sodium-free and just the best.
A must are the Nutpods dairy-free creamers. Highly rec! Unsweetened, rich and like the real thing.
For crackers, the brand Late July is always in the pantry.

Canyon Bakehouse has the best gluten-free bagels. They are the only gf bagels my kids will eat. I also second Nutpods dairy-free creamer!

Any suggestions for adult women probiotics and multivitamins?

I take a combination of different vitamins (B,D,Omega 3) that my friend, Laura (you can find her info. in the post) recommended based on my needs. As for Probiotics, she has me on Transformaion Enzymes Probiotic 42.5. I’ve added it to my Amazon page for a direct link. I hope this helps!
