My sons have been begging me to buy the sunscreen stick “that all their friends have” for years. I fully realize I run the risk of sounding a bit neurotic in this post, but since I found Supergoop! with it’s “no compromises” ingredient checklist for their SPF, I’ve been a complete loyalist. Here are all the ingredients you won’t find in Supergoop!’s formulas:
- Oxybenzone
- Synthetic fragrances
- Parabens
- over 100 ingredients on the company’s “no” list.
Plus, I didn’t have the time to check the ingredients of all the other sunblock sticks on the market, so I’ve only been buying the products Supergoop! had available. Check it out:
This is my sunblock container! What can I say? When I find something good, I stick to it! So, when Supergoop! reached out and asked if I’d share their new 100% non-nano mineral Sunnyscreen for kids and I saw they had it as a stick, I was so excited!!!!
Their new sunscreen line has a stick, lotion and spray (not shown). I’m all for sunscreen that my boys can put on and rub in by themselves, especially when they need to wear it every day. And as you can see, they can apply it themselves…
…and it leaves no residue. It’s also the purest formula for gentle skin Sunnyscreen is made with “no compromises:”
- Silicone-free
- Fragrance-free
- Paraben-free
- PEG-free
- Phthalate-free
- Phenoxythenaol-free
- Petrochemical-free
- Phthalate-free
- Mineral Oil-free
- GMO-free
- Oxybenzone-free
- Pediatrician-tested
- Hypoallergenic
- Water-resistant SPF for 80 minutes
- 100% non-nano mineral SPF
They love the Supergoop! Antioxidant-Infused Sunscreen spray, which they can apply very easily themselves, or I have them stand with their arms out and I spray front to back. They love the fun Sunscreen Mousse, too! I mean, what kiddo doesn’t like mousse?!
My favorite Supergoop! products are the Sunscreen Mist or the Everyday Sunscreen lotion for my body. I like to add their Everyday Sunscreen to my cc cream for a dewy, youthful look. I like to use their AMAZING Unseen Sunscreen when I’m outside sweating and feeling sticky and gross. It goes on so smoothly and doesn’t add more grease. I have yet to use it as a primer, but I think I’ll try that next! Oh, and I have to try the Poof Part Powder because my part gets sunburned all the time. Come to think of it, this would be perfect for my husband, too!
Here’s to lots of fun in the sun this summer, without the harmful effects of the sun, and to a sunscreen that doesn’t have harmful ingredients! I’m all in! Here are my favorites:
