I’m was in NYC for my sister’s 40th and stopped in a posh boutique. This is how my conversation with the very stylish, male sales associate went:
“I love your bag,” he said.
“Oh, thanks! You’ll never believe who it’s by.”
“Really, who?!”
“No way! I thought it was Dolce and Gabbana!,” he replied. At this point, fireworks of celebration started going off in my head!
Then the stylish sales girl said, “I did, too! So where do you buy Kendall and Kylie?” This is when I knew I had to share this story and this bag with you guys. So when Nordstrom reached out to me to share fall accessories, it was a no brainer!
Well, this story pretty much sums up my style. To me, there is nothing better than wearing something that looks ultra luxe without the ultra luxe price tag. I love this so much that when my husband gave me a free Saturday morning all to myself, what did I do? Yup, I went searching for other splurge vs. steal bags!
I purposefully did not label which one was the splurge and which one was the steal. I’m sneaky like that. I bet some of you will like the steal version more than the splurge! At which point, I will have another firework show happen in my head. So, if this happens to you, you have to let me know!
